The welcome party is cowboy cocktail! Bring your boots, a hat, or whatever you like to have some fun. Our wedding ceremony and reception are both elevated cocktail attire. Ladies, please leave the stilettos at home as you may sink into the rich ranch grass. We recommend a wide heel!

Our reception is in Jackson’s town center and we will provide a shuttle for all attending the ceremony at Snake River from The Cloudveil and back. Rideshare (i.e. Uber, Lyft) is also available but in limited quantities based on the summer season.

However, if you’d like to extend your explorations past our planned events, or you are staying outside of Jackson’s town center, car rentals are available and encouraged.

While we love all of the children in our lives, our ceremony and reception are adults-only events unless previously discussed with the bride and groom.

Unless indicated on the RSVP form, or with the bride and groom directly, please refrain from bringing additional guests. We have pre-planned the celebration for a set number of guests only.

The Tetons are a natural marvel that we feel incredibly fortunate to witness with our closest friends and family. Please keep photos out of sight and phone on silent as we have a professional photography and videography team capturing each moment. If you'd like to sneak a quick photo or video, you may do so - just be discreet and quick!

Our wedding will be a hybrid indoor and outdoor experience with the ceremony outside and the dinner portion inside. The rooftop cocktail hour and dancing will also be outside! Jackson stays sunny until later in the evening so please wear sunscreen and sunglasses as needed. As a mountain town, evenings are cool - even in the summer so layers are recommended. Typical temperatures are a high of 80 and a low of 40.

Rideshare (i.e. Uber, Lyft) is available but limited in Jackson, especially during the busy summer months and peak wedding weekends. Please exercise patience when waiting for a car or call local taxis should you be staying outside of Jackson’s town center and are unable to walk back to your accommodations. The Cloudveil and Snow King are easily walkable from the town center, as are most Jackson hotels.
